Next-generation Verizon iPhone Release Date Coming: support 3G/4G network

Recent rumors that Verizon will begin selling the Next generation iphone this summer, The phone not only supports the CDMA network, but also apply to Verizon's 4G wireless network.

Earlier, Apple had announced that it was interested in roping in Verizon Wireless for distribution and marketing of its most-talked about gadget in the industry.

But when there was no response from the Verizon then it was understood that the deal would go to AT&T.

 It was then that the CEO of Verizon expressed his desire to work with Apple. But later on he too took u-turn on the whole issue by saying that they were not ready to embrace the company.

Yesterday, the Cupertino-based company sent out an e-mail to all developers with the World Wide Developers Conference (WWDC) announcement, which is scheduled to take place from June 7 to June 11.

More than 5,000 Apple engineers and developers are expected to attend the WWDC. Interested developers could attend the conference by paying $1,599 to Apple.

The event will be organised in San Francisco. Analysts are expecting that Apple would release the new iPhone 4G with iPhone OS 4.0 during the WWDC.

Previously, it was generally agreed that Sprint's HTC Evo 4G is the first sale in the United States 4G mobile phones.
